Let’s face it, my Gorgeous friend, some office cultures aren’t particularly welcoming to the over-the-knee boots at work. Yet, it’s totally doable , as long as you follow one rule! I want to make it super easy for you to pull it off too. Once you’re done reading this post, you’ll be able to style over-the-knee boots for any official setting. So stop stressing and start dressing, Gorgeous!  I gotcha back, girl 😉

Another thing with office wear is that we usually don’t have much time to get dressed before work in the morning. Oh, I know your frustration. Running late, not in the mood, looking at a pile of clothes and nothing speaks to you… Nothing.. Well, that, my friend, is the perfect over-the-knee boot kinda day! Just pick a dress out and put a pair of your over-the-knee boots on! For me this is the  easiest way to dress up when I’m late. Tell you a secret, I am running a little late for work every single day ))))

And here is you #1 rule: Remember that the hem of your dress or skirt  should cover the edge of the boots. Which is also your only rule! That’s it! The ONE rule that will make those boots work appropriate.

I paired my favorite thrift store find of a striped dress shirt and  a grey leather looking skirt with the boots. You can check out the links to the what i am wearing on the pictures at the very bottom of this post.
