As to what you’re wearing, that, my gorgeous friend, depends entirely on your mood.

You can go for an elegant and romantic look like I did on my first Valentine’s Day outfit take, inspired by Audrey Hepburn circa the 1960s. 

Or you can rock their imagination with silk and leather. No, not that kind of leather and silk, but close. 

If you are in a romantic, but laid-back mood. Knock yourself out, go casual. If you feel like defying the mainstream commercial take on Valentine’s Day and actually having fun, that’s precisely what you should do. I suggest you dress any damn way you please.

Your date will appreciate every little detail of your outfit, but only if you are meant to be with each other. If they don’t love whatever you’re wearing, you have my permission to go on a date with someone else next time.

Me and my Valentine went for a romantic walk in the park. I wore what felt lovely and happy to me. And I loved our chemistry that day.
