Hello, my Gorgeous readers,

Spring has finally sprung here in Pittsburgh and brought the warmer weather with it, but the sun hasn’t quite gotten the memo.   That didn’t stop me from wearing my current obsession, though: this pleated midi skirt in pink. You can wear it so many ways! This time around, I decided to go with a casual, feminine look. Who doesn’t want to relax their dress code after a busy work week?

This blush pink beauty was asking for an oversized, striped pullover, which reminds me of a comfy, sporty vibe from… what’s that Sinatra movie!? It’s like the characters are going to start singing and skipping along at any minute. Don’t these colors look refreshing together? 

For another pop of color, I added this handmade (!) top-handle bag by Lidia May — a New York City–based accessories designer. It’s the perfect amount of contrast for the soft, feminine look I was going for.

And I love these modern Adornmonde hoop earrings, which you can wear a few different ways, this one being asymmetrical. Here’s a video of how to wear them, unboxed along with the rest of the spring edition of the Box of Style by Rachel Zoe.

Of course, we can’t forget the coolest of finishing touches: gray, ankle-strap oxfords — not your regular oxfords, gorgeous! The combination of gray and pink is so organic! It’s got to be one of my favorites.
