Hello Gorgeous!

I’m starting this week in a very good mood because I can’t wait ’til Friday to attend the hottest party of the summer — Party at the Pier! 

If you read my first post about this event, you know the theme of this year’s party is “War of the Roses,” and that I took on the challenge to create three looks for this theme using only what I can find in my closet.

My first look was very punk rock-ish, and the second look is completely different. It’s more lady like.

I’ve had this BCBG high-low hem dress for years and it’s perfect for the upcoming event. It’s so pink.  I just needed to figure out the right accessories.

I layered two necklaces together and added a cuff bracelet, a very sparkly Swarovski ring, and a pair of spiky earrings. These two-strap black sandals from NastyGal are perfect for this flowy dress and the detail on the ankle strap — golden rings — makes all the difference.

I think it’s just the right amount of the edginess for this feminine look.
