What up, Gorge!

Today I’m trying on the skateboarder attitude and skate style. Stepping out of my comfort zone. Shredding it up on the local halfpipe.

I think I did pretty well for a first timer. See the video below.

So what do you think? Impressive, huh? Anyone can try skateboarding with a board. How about skateboarding without one?

Ok, ok… I went outside, “bench-boarded,” and just goofed around. At least I was active instead of vegging in front of the TV, and that, my gorgeous friend, is all that matters.

Plus, I did it in style! I totally rocked skater hair with my beanie from the Zoe Box (yes, that is the same Rachel Zoe you thought of) to top it off. Nailed it! The only thing I haven’t mastered today is skateboarding. Maybe next time…

This outfit is complete with layers to peel off as you get hot with rigorous exercise. The vinyl pants are virtually indestructible and are absolutely a fashion statement. A white printed T-shirt is perfect to not only break up the colors but also to tie up above the waist, exposing the fishnets. Add Adidas Superstars and Ray-Bans and you’ve got all the accouterments of a modern girl. One who’s active and in the know.

I have driven by this skate park so many times and always wanted to explore it a little closer. The place is massive! It’s got a very impressive construction and it’s so deep. It’s sort of scary to look down the edge of the pipe! How are skateboarders not afraid? Respect!
